FAQs

Where is Trix and Treats Sweets?

Trix and Treats Sweets does not have a store front at this time.  It is a home bakery licensed and registered with the Ohio Department of Agriculture and inspected by the Hamilton County Public Health Department.

I do not currently have regular hours; all pickups and tastings are by appointment only.

How can I place an order?

Please send an email to katiemoon@trixandtreatssweets.com

Be sure to include the date of your event, an approximate number of servings, and the theme.  Please be advised that certain months fill up very quickly.

All orders must be placed a minimum of 10 days in advance of event; however, earliest is always best.  I frequently post calendars of availability on my Trix and Treats Sweets Facebook page.

There is a $20 deposit required to reserve your date on my calendar.

When is my order made?

All items are baked to order and never frozen.  I do not keep a back stock of frozen items from which to pull, and I never will.  All items are baked and decorated as close to your pickup time as possible.

How do I pick up my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, a pickup time will be set up.  I typically do not delivery except for wedding cakes; however, delivery can be set up for a fee.

Please note that arrival later than 15 minutes after your appointed pickup time may result in a late fee.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum of 1 dozen standard sized cookies, or two dozen mini cookies.  This includes up to 4 shapes per dozen.

Cupcakes are a minimum of 1 dozen per flavor.
